FLASH! Events

• We provide you with a photographer.  The standard (FLASH! Package) provides a photographer for 60 minutes.  You can buy additonal chunks of time and keep the photographer at your party for as long as you want.

• We take photographs in a paparazzi style.

Essentially this means we take photographs of people arriving, people meeting & chatting when they first arrive, dancing etc.  All the candid shots you can think of.

• All photographs are taken with flash and will be straight photographs and/or something a little more creative.  We try and capture the atmosphere of every celebration (day or night) and this may mean some creative light blur, movement or just straight portrait style photographs.  If you have any specific photographic requests we will take those too.

Whatever the celebration we will match the atmosphere with the right type of photographs.  So it could be a special birthday, a new arrival, a new job, promotion, a ball, corporate event, hen/ stag night, retirement, opening night - anything you want to celebrate.

 

Charity fund raisers have an additonal fund raising option.  If relevant we will be able to contribute some of the additional proceeds to the charity e.g. If additonal discs or prints are bought by those attending we will contribute £4 for each disc and £2 for each print sold.

• A Celebrity style magazine front cover.

The ‘Front Page’ is a single A4 (approx - a little bigger than standard A4) magazine style cover.  It includes a headline shot of the main ‘celebrities’ of the party and a number of other ‘taster’ shots.  Sub-headings and short taster comments will be added to the cover to enhance the image.  If you have anything specific or humorous you would like to see on the cover please let us know.  The page is supplied in a black photo frame.

 

FAME IN A FRAME

 Here is a standard example.  We have included other photographs on this one taken elsewhere.  This made it a more relevant.

The party 'celebrity' was the main focus of this cover.

This is an example of a night out in a club.

• A CD with all shots taken at your celebration.  This means that you will have a disc with a minimum of 80 high resolution shots taken at the party.  No catches!  The high resolution  means you can print them out yourself to a good quality.  If you would like us to print out any prints for you, we will print high quality glossy prints using the very latest HP inks and papers, which guarantee the colour and quality for at least 90 years.

• 3  -  Glossy 6" x 9" prints.  We will select three photographs to print as part of the standard package.  We usually print photographs of the party 'celebrity'. 

• The photographer will be with you for 60 minutes as part of the standard package.

• The standard FLASH! package will cost £115.
• Additonal time is £25 for each 15 minutes or part.
• Additonal discs are £15.
• Additonal prints on glossy paper are £9.
